- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- bunch chopped green onions - 1 item
- frozen chopped hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 pkg
How to make twice baked potato casserole:
Spray the bottom and sides of a glass casserole dish with Pam. Spread thawed hash browns on bottom. Stir in cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of shredded cheese and chopped green onion. Combine all ingredients well. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
