Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- large boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- box graham crackers whole, not crushed - 1 item
- can Dark Chocolate frostening or Milk Chocolate - 1 item
How to make eclair dessert:
Mix pudding and milk. Fold in whipped cream. Spray 7x12 dish with cooking spray. Layer crackers, 1/2 pudding mixture, crackers, remaining pudding. Microwave frosting until pourable and then pour over all. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Can be made two days ahead.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Time to make.
