- boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- can chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
Mix milk and vanilla pudding; beat with mixer. Add Cool Whip; stir well. In a 9 x 13-inch oblong cake pan, layer graham crackers and pudding, ending with crackers. Chill. Top with frosting. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Kid Friendly.
