- milk
- confectioners sugar
- butter or oleo - 3 Tbsp
- melted chocolate
- Karo syrup - 1 Tbsp
- instant vanilla pudding
- container Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (8
- small box graham crackers - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
Glaze:2 sq. melted chocolate3 Tbsp. butter or oleo1 Tbsp. Karo syrup1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.Cake: Mix pudding, using all milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of crackers, then layer with pudding mix. Continue until done, ending with a layer of crackers. Refrigerate.
Glaze: Blend ingredients; spread over chilled dessert. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Do not try to unmold. Cut into serving pieces and serve from same pan.
