Easy turkey casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 1/2
- shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 1 c
- fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 1 4 oz - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken, turkey or lean pork roast in pieces cut or diced - 2 c
- carton sour cream or use mayonnaise - 1 oz
How to make easy turkey casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of cheese. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Top with the 1/2 cup cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
