  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 1 c

How to make easy sour cream biscuits:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat dough out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
