Easy rhubarb pie
Ingredients/Components
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped rhubarb - 3 c
- box strawberry jello - 1 oz
How to make easy rhubarb pie:
Crust: Mix together the flour, oil and milk right in pie pan. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Pat the remaining crust into pie plate and up the edges.Filling: In a bowl, mix together the rhubarb and jello. Put into crust. Blend the reserved crust with 1/2 cup white sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
