  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • Bisquick - 2 c

How to make easy peanut butter cookies:

Beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes, until lightly browned. Store tightly covered.

My children prefer soft cookies, so I always put a piece of bread in my Tupperware with them.
