Easy lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- uncooked lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- jar thick spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese - 1 (15
- shredded Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese - 12 oz
How to make easy lasagna:
Brown beef in a 3-quart saucepan. Drain off fat. Add sauce and water. Simmer about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients for filling (except lasagna noodles). Pour about 1 cup of mixture on bottom of casserole dish. Layer 3 pieces of noodles. Cover with about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
