Easy beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make easy beef casserole:
Cook beef and salt in skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink, then drain. Spoon meat into a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Layer vegetables, soup and cheese over beef. Top with Tater Tots. Bake casserole at 400° for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.P.S. I cooked vegetables in microwave until tender, then use them as listed.
