Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
How to make earthquake cake:
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mix cake as directed. Pour over coconut and pecans. Place butter and cream cheese in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until soft. Beat. Add 1 box confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon over cake mix and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Use 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
