Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- dry skim milk - 8 Tbsp
- Equal 4 pkg - 1 Tbsp
How to make almond meringue cookies:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add powdered milk. Mix well. Add extracts and Equal. Spoon drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 275° for 45 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and dust with cinnamon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
