Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecan pieces - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Put pecan pieces in bottom of sheet cake pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box; pour over pecans. Mix the powdered sugar, room temperature soft margarine and cream cheese. Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake mix. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
