Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put the coconut and pecans on bottom of pan (mixed). Fix cake mix per directions, put on top of mixture.Combine cream cheese, oleo and powdered sugar; pour on top of cake. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350° oven.
