Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix cake according to package directions. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Sprinkle coconut over pecans. Pour prepared cake mix over pecans and coconut. Melt margarine and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Pour mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Cut into squares and serve.
