Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease bottom only of a 10 x 4-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix pecans and coconut and spread in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour over coconut and pecans. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon over cake battRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
