Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
- flour whole wheat - 2 c
- flour unbleached white - 1 c
How to make dutch cookies:
Mix all ingredients with hands in a big bowl. Pat into cookie pan 1/4-inch thick and brush with water. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and press into dough. Bake for 20 minutes until nuts are brown.
