Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 item
• milk - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 item
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• egg - 1 item
• oleo - 1 Tbsp
• stick oleo - 1/2 item

How to make coffee cake:

Cream sugar and oleo; beat in egg. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Put in 8 or 9-inch pan and sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with oleo. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
