Dump-it cake

Ingredients/Components

• butter or margarine - 1 c
• chopped nuts
• can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
• can whipped cream - 1 item
• can sweetened applesauce - 1 item

How to make dump-it cake:

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Dump 1 can of sweetened applesauce into it. Dump 1 can of crushed pineapple on top of that. Spread the dry yellow cake mix over that. Melt the butter or margarine; pour on top of the cake mix. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the butter. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream.
