- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder
- plain flour
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
How to make doughnuts:
Cream sugar and Crisco together. Add eggs. Sift all dry ingredients. Add milk and dry ingredients to egg mixture. Set dough in refrigerator about 2 hours to chill. Roll out on pastry sheet; cut and then deep fry.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Pasta, rice and grains.
