Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- hamburger
- dill weed - 1 item
- uncooked oatmeal - 3/4 c
- envelope onion mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make dilled meatballs:
Mix beef, oats, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed. Form into evenly shaped 1-inch meatballs. In hot oil, cook a few at a time until well browned; remove to large bowl. Pour off oil and return meatballs to skillet. Stir in soup mix and water. Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and 2 teaspoons dill weed; heat through on low. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ground beef.
