Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 (8

- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- box lasagna noodles - 1 item
- box chopped spinach - 1 item
- Add hamburger and 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make lasagna:
Brown together onion, garlic and 1 tablespoon oil. Add hamburger and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir until completely cooked. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano and water. Simmer together for 45 minutes or longer.Combine spinach, egg, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil. Mix well and set aside.
Boil about 8 strips of noodles and then roll in one egg to prevent noodles from breaking.To Make Layers: Place 4 strips of noodles on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon 1/2 of the meat mixture and spread over noodles.
Spread 1/2 of the spinach mixture over meat.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and repeat steps again.
Cover and bake in the oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
