  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • ripe bananas - 3 item

How to make delicious banana bread:

Mix all ingredients and bake about 40 - 45 min. in 350°F oven. Makes 2 loaves.

Optional: Drizzle with homemade icing.
