Date nut roll

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• milk - 1 c
• shredded coconut - 1 c

How to make date nut roll:

Boil sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Add chopped, pitted dates and cook until mixture leaves sides and bottom of pan when stirred. Remove from heat. Add other ingredients and beat until thick. Turn onto damp cloth and shape into roll. Refrigerate.
