Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped dates - 1 c
- baking powder - 6 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- milk or water
- rolled oats, ground
- corn flour
How to make date bread:
Sift and mix all dry ingredients. Add liquid, syrup and slightly beaten egg. Add dates. Turn into pans. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Quick breads.
