Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- scalded milk
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make custard pie:
Combine in mixing bowl, eggs, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
