Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 8 oz
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger
  • tomato sauce - 8 oz
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • dash of garlic - 1 item
  • hot sausage - 1 lb

How to make meatballs:

Meatballs:1 lb. hamburger1 lb. hot sausage1 egg1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 medium onion, chopped Combine sauce in crock-pot and simmer on low heat. Mix together other ingredients and make meatballs. Saute meatballs in butter until done. Drain meatballs and add to sauce mixture. Simmer in sauce about 2 hours on low heat.
