Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- cottage cheese - 2 lb
How to make crustless cheesecake:
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, flour and milk. Beat in cottage cheese, vanilla and lemon juice. Turn into prepared large deep spring-form pan heavily buttered and floured. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Eggs/dairy.
