Blueberry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 pkg
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 pkg
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry crunch:
Melt margarine in 2 x 9-inch square baking pan. Add graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Mix and press into pan for crust.Whip cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and milk together and spread over crust. Spread chopped nuts over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip over nuts and then spread blueberry pie filling on top. Chill and slice.
