  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
  • Rice Krispies - 4 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • chocolate morsels - 1 c
  • butterscotch morsels - 1 c

How to make crunchy fudge sandwich:

Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in a heavy saucepan, stirring until blended. Stir in Rice Krispies. Press half of mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Chill.

Stir (over hot water) chocolate morsels, confectioners sugar, butter and water until chocolate melts. Spread over chilled mixture. Top with reserved mixture. Chill. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
