Crock-pot macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- whole milk
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni for 8 minutes and drain it. Mix canned milk, whole milk and beaten eggs. Mix macaroni, milk mixture, melted margarine and 2 cups of grated cheese. Pour into crock-pot. Top with 1 cup of grated cheese. Do not stir. Cook on low for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
