Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 tsp
  • can stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small green pepper, seeded and cut into strips - 1 item
  • 1-inch thick pork chops - 4 item

How to make creole chops:

Heat cooked rice. Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 35 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Serve with rice.
