Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, seeded and cut into strips - 1 item
- 1-inch thick pork chops - 4 item
How to make creole chops:
Heat cooked rice. Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 35 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
