  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • can chili - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1 lb

How to make creamy tacos:

Brown ground beef and onion. Add Ro-Tel, Velveeta and chili. When all is melted, add whipping cream. Simmer on low in crock-pot. Eat with taco chips.
