Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 qt
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water - 1 c
- rice - 1/2 c
- almond or vanilla extract - 1 tsp
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Cook rice in boiling water for 8 minutes. Stir, add margarine and milk; cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Beat eggs, sugar and extract. Remove rice from heat and slowly add egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.Note: While cooking rice; keep cover off pot.
