  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped fresh dill - 1 Tbsp
  • diced sweet onion - 1/2 1
  • peeled and sliced cucumbers - 3 c

How to make creamy cucumber salad:

Combine dill, buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Add cucumbers and onion. Stir to coat. Serve immediately or chill for later.
