- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- light cream - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium cauliflower, cut in tiny flowerets - 1 item
How to make creamy cauliflower soup:
Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water; drain. Reserve liquid. Melt butter; add onion and cook until soft. Blend in flour; add broth and cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
