Creamy cauliflower
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- mild Mexican Velveeta - 8 oz
How to make creamy cauliflower:
Cook cauliflower according to directions on package. In a medium saucepan, combine sour cream, margarine and cut up Velveeta. Melt on low heat. Pour over cauliflower. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
