Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
How to make cream puffs:
Boil water and butter. Add flour quickly and stir until it forms a ball. Let cool. Add eggs. Drop by tablespoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 450° and then 20 minutes at 350°. Fill with whipped cream. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Makes 24.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
