- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Mix butter, boiling water and flour. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Finish at 375° for 25 minutes. Fill with whipped whipping cream. Makes 18 puffs.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
