Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream
How to make cream cheese tarts:
Filling:1 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/4 tsp. vanilla Cream eggs and softened cream cheese. Beat in vanilla and sugar. Pour batter into paper muffin cups (2/3 full). Bake at 300° for 40 minutes. They will not brown. Cool 5 minutes. They will sink in the middle. Fill holes with filling. Mix filling with a spoon and put in cupcake where sunken in. Put 1/2 teaspoon jelly on top of filing and return to oven for 5 minutes at 300°. Makes 18 to 20 cupcakes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Cheese.
