- cream cheese - 8 oz
- butter or margarine - 8 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 2 c
How to make cream cheese pastry:
Mix ingredients in bowl, using fingertips or electric mixer. Form quickly into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Chill in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours. Roll out and line pie tins and bake as directed for pie recipe.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
