- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- to 14 graham crackers - 11 item
How to make cream cheese cake:
Cake:1 lb. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar2 eggs pinch of salt1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. lemon juice Topping:1 pt. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Line 8-inch spring-form pan with mixture of crushed graham crackers and butter. Blend to creamy smooth on medium speed the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla, then add lemon juice and mix well. Pour into crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Blend together the sour cream, sugar and vanilla for topping. Pour over cake and bake for additional 10 minutes.
