Kahlua pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- Kahlua - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make kahlua pecan pie:
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch lined pie pan (Betty Crocker ready made pie crust). Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce to 325° and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).
