  • butter, softened - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • Kahlua - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 3/4 c
  • dark corn syrup - 1/2 c

How to make kahlua pecan pie:

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch lined pie pan (Betty Crocker ready made pie crust). Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce to 325° and bake until firm (about 40 minutes). Serve chilled or warm slices in microwave.
