• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• oil
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• nuts optional - 3/4 c
• Step #2:2 c
• Step #3:4 c
• raisins are great too, if desired - 1 item

How to make pumpkin cake:

Beat together.Step #2:2 c. flour2 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. cinnamon Add to Step #1.Step #3:4 c. grated pumpkin3/4 c. nuts (optional) raisins (are great too, if desired) Stir into Step #1 and #2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in greased pans. Makes a 2 layer cake or 24 muffins.
