Strawberry upside-down cake

Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• milk - 4 5
• stick margarine - 1 item
• coconut - 1 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• box strawberry cake mix - 1 item

How to make strawberry upside-down cake:

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread nuts and coconut on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Spoon mixture over nuts and coconut.

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and milk; spread on top of cake mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
