- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- to 5 apples - 4 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Mix cinnamon, sugar and apples and put aside. Mix remaining ingredients well in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 batter into well-greased tube pan. Arrange 1/2 apple mixture, then pour rest of batter on top. Arrange remaining apple mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
