  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • butter or oleo - 1/4 c
  • can whole cranberry sauce - 3/4 item
  • almond flavor - 1/2 tsp
  • Mix at medium speed
  • warm water or a little more if needed - 1 tsp

How to make cranberry swirl coffee cake:

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Mix at medium speed. Add dry ingredients; sift together. Alternate with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. Add almond extract and flour. Grease tube pan, pat of butter, swirl around some whole cranbe
