Cranberry-orange nut bread

- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- sifted flour - 4 c
- orange juice
- grated orange rind - 2 Tbsp
- cranberries
- nuts, broken
How to make cranberry-orange nut bread:
Blend flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice and peel, ending with dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Divide batter evenly between 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. This freezes well.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Nuts.
