Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped cranberries
How to make cranberry cookies:
Combine margarine and both sugars; mix well. Stir in milk, orange juice and egg. Mix in all the remaining ingredients.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 2-inches apart. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove when slightly browned. Remove from pans immediately. Yield: Approximately 11 dozen small cookies.
