- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- fresh cranberries - 2 c
- pastry for 9-inch two crust pie
- apples, sliced and pared - 4 c
How to make cranberry apple pie:
Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare pastry. In large bowl stir together sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add apples and cranberries. Mix to coat well. Turn into pastry-lined pie pan. Pat with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in crust. Seal and flute edges. Bake 40 to 50 minutes; cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
